Terms of Service

Rules for installing and using the Dubtrackr Discord bot and dashboard.

Eligibility and authority

You must be allowed to use Discord and the connected services under their rules and applicable law. A person installing or configuring Dubtrackr for a server represents that they have Discord’s Manage Server permission or other authority to act for that community.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dubtrackr to break law or platform rules; harass or harm people; invade privacy; distribute malicious or infringing material; bypass permissions or rate limits; probe another server’s data; or disrupt the bot, dashboard, providers, or infrastructure. You are responsible for the channels, roles, provider accounts, moderation settings, music sources, and member notices configured in your server.

Service and third parties

Dubtrackr depends on Discord, Cloudflare, game APIs, and media providers. Their availability, content, accounts, and rules are outside Dubtrackr’s control. Features marked Planned, beta, or coming later are not promised. We may change, limit, suspend, or retire features to protect users, comply with provider rules, or operate the service safely.

Permissions and content

Dubtrackr requests a documented baseline of Discord permissions and checks channel-specific access during onboarding. Server administrators may disable modules or remove the bot at any time. You retain rights in content you provide and grant Dubtrackr only the permission needed to process, display, and transmit it for the requested feature.

Payments

Public checkout is not currently enabled. If paid service is introduced, the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Dubtrackr by removing it from a server. Server administrators may request deletion from the dashboard as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Dubtrackr is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every provider result, notification, moderation action, media item, or feature will be uninterrupted, current, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. If a problem occurs, contact Support so it can be investigated.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Dubtrackr changes. Continued use after material revisions are published means the updated terms apply from their stated effective date.
